APPstinent is an officially recognized student organization of the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

At our bi-monthly meetings, we debate and discuss all topics related to youth, social media, mental health, and education.

Topics include:

  • digital literacy

  • productivity

  • phone-free schools

  • practical, fuss-free ways to get offline

Participation in this group does not require you to be personally aligned with the appstinent lifestyle, and welcomes all respectful voices.

So little time do we get these days without our phones. On the way to class, on the bus, brushing our teeth…. join us for a phone-free hangout to clear your mind and enjoy the moment with some new friends. Admission is free, just leave your phone at the door. Don’t worry, it’ll be kept safe :)
